If after 30 days the Client has failed to respond, JobAuthor.com will assume the Project complete and the Project shall be deemed to be complete. JobAuthor.com will have no further obligation to Client, and Client shall pay JobAuthor.com all fees and expenses associated with work performed by JobAuthor.com All examples used throughout the website include fictional names, addresses, places of employment and phone numbers to protect privacy, except the success stories or testimonials where names are provided. In this case each individual has given permission allowing the use of his or her name. |
